1. Service Description

PaintTrack is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed exclusively for painting contractors. The service includes mobile time tracking, GPS clocking, job scheduling, profitability insights, variations tracking, and invoice generation.

2. Eligibility

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and hold the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of the service is restricted to legitimate business operations.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your account details secure. You are legally responsible for all activities occurring under your account. The platform must not be used to transmit malicious code, distribute illegal content, or infringe upon the rights of third parties.

4. Plans, 30-Day Trial, and Billing

We offer a completely free, unrestricted 30-day trial for all new accounts. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the 30 days, you must select one of our monthly subscription plans (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise) to continue using the service. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

PaintTrack operates on a month-to-month basis with no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

PaintTrack retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, branding, and platform logic. You retain complete ownership over any business data, client lists, and company logos you upload to the service (White Label branding).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaintTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruptions arising from your use of the platform.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
